Typically our projects are in the region of 50,000 - 250,0000 pounds, ( 10-5000 core users ) though we are just as interested in a days advice and guidance on project planning as we would be in a long term global roll-out.
Our core skills are in functional financials consulting, typically in the following areas.
- Global or regional implementations, focusing on country specific localisations. We would typically supply the functional resources to partner with internal staff or other consultants for the technical and infrastructure skills.
- E-Business suite upgrades to the latest version such as 11.5.10 or R12. We can quote for this on a time and materials or fixed price basis.
- Reporting strategy and solution development using Oracle RXI, FSG and Discoverer.
- System audits covering areas such as implementation quality control & statutory reporting compliance.
We will only provide you with our own highly skilled consultants, or ones we have actually worked on site with in the past. If we don't think we can provide you with a 100% perfect match on skills then we would rather pass the work to one of our recommended partners who can.
